Why we exist.

Most concierge services are built around a directory of contacts and a willingness to make calls on your behalf. MinuteSync is built differently. We start with the conviction that access is not the problem — friction is.

The best restaurants are not fully booked. The best properties are not unavailable. The best staff are not already placed. They simply require the right person to ask, at the right time, through the right relationship. That is what we provide.

We operate in two cities — Munich and Ibiza — because those are the cities where our network is deep enough to deliver without compromise. We do not expand until that standard is met elsewhere. Quality of service is the only metric that matters.

On access
Everything worth having in Munich and Ibiza is accessible. The barrier is not availability — it is knowing how to ask and who to ask.
On friction
Every minute spent managing logistics, chasing confirmations, or navigating bureaucracy is a minute taken from something more valuable. We exist to reclaim that time.
On scale
We keep membership numbers deliberately small. A concierge service that cannot give every member its full attention has already failed at the thing it was built to do.
On discretion
Member information is never shared, discussed, or referenced externally. Discretion is not a feature — it is a foundational operating principle.

How MinuteSync came to be.

MinuteSync was founded in Munich by someone who spent years observing the same pattern: people with the means to live exceptionally well, spending disproportionate time on the logistics of that life. Sourcing the right cleaner. Securing the right table. Finding the right property before it disappeared. Managing the staff who managed the household.

The problem was never money. It was always time, relationships, and the knowledge of how things actually work in a given city. Munich and Ibiza are both cities that reward insiders and frustrate everyone else. MinuteSync was built to be that insider — permanently, professionally, and accountably — on behalf of its members.

We launched with a small founding group of members and have grown by referral only. That will not change. The service works because it is selective. We intend to keep it that way.

What we are built on.

Relationships first
We invest in relationships with venues, owners, and suppliers long before any member needs them. Access is built over years, not on demand.

One liaison per member
Every member works with one person who is personally accountable for the quality of every request handled on their behalf.

No request is routine
We do not grade requests by size. A dinner reservation and a property search receive the same care. Both reflect on the service.

Proactive by default
Good concierge work happens before you ask. Your liaison monitors, flags, and acts on your behalf without waiting for a request.

Absolute discretion
Member information stays with MinuteSync. Nothing is shared, referenced, or discussed outside the service relationship.

Honest scope
If we cannot deliver something to the standard it deserves, we say so immediately and propose an alternative. We never overpromise.
