Meet your
Liaison

Every member is assigned a dedicated liaison. Not a shared inbox. Not a rotating team. One person who learns your preferences, understands your standards, and is accountable for everything we deliver.

Onboarding call
30 minutes. Your liaison learns your preferences, calendar patterns, non-negotiables, and standing requirements.
Liaison profile
Based in your primary city. Fluent in the local language. Holds active relationships with venues and suppliers relevant to your needs.
Two-city members
Signature and Private tier members have liaisons in both Munich and Ibiza. One point of contact coordinates across both.

Send a
Request

Message your liaison however you prefer — WhatsApp, email, or phone. Describe what you need in plain language. No forms. No portals. No menus to navigate.

Response time
Standard requests: acknowledged within 1 hour. Urgent requests: immediately escalated with same-hour response.
What counts as a request
Anything. "Find me a table tonight." "I need a cleaner Thursday." "Get tickets to the match." All valid.
Advance planning
Your liaison will proactively flag upcoming events, availability windows, and seasonal deadlines relevant to your preferences.

Confirmation reaches you. Everything else was already handled. You show up at the time, to the address, with no logistics to manage. That is the entire point of the service.

Confirmation format
Clear confirmation with every relevant detail: time, address, contact name, any specific instructions.
If something changes
Your liaison monitors every booking and alerts you to any change before you would notice it yourself.

What languages does the service operate in?
German, English, and Spanish across both locations. Your liaison communicates in whichever you prefer.

Urgent requests are escalated immediately and receive a same-hour response. Standard requests are acknowledged within one hour.
Can I use MinuteSync in both Munich and Ibiza?
Yes. Signature and Private tier members have full access across both cities. Essential tier covers one primary city.
How is pricing structured?
Membership is structured across three tiers with a monthly retainer. Third-party costs are passed through at cost with no markup. Pricing details are provided during the application review.
